is there much extra training in south wales, monmouthshire area for keen new player's like myself.

i am 32

we have a ladies team that train on a tuesday ev but we are not competetive- we train for enjoyment and are not in a league. otherwise have a look on welsh netball website, club finder let me know if you are interested in training with us
