FORMATION HELP NEEDED!

What formation would be suitable for a mixed gender team aged 16-18!? Most of the players have not played anything other then 442, but i want to attack with 3 forwards. any suggestions?

Bram, how can we access your document? I would like to read up on the European Sweeper System - is this similar to the 3-4-3 system (Diamond midfield) that is used by many top level soccer programs? Thanks! John

At the moment we are experimenting with a 1-2-4-4 system - diamond midfield....while we have won 6 in a row since using it, we will have our stiffest test Wednesday evening vs. a very strong team.
